Cary Fleischer heads the Civil and Commercial Litigation Practice of the Firm. He handles litigation in both state and federal forums throughout the country and is admitted to practice in numerous jurisdictions. Cary has extensive experience in all areas of litigation, including contract disputes, securities law, discrimination, trade secret cases, appellate practice, ERISA, and antitrust matters. Although Cary spends the bulk of his time in court, he serves as General Counsel to a number of privately owned companies and concentrates on solving problems before litigation is necessitated.
