Andy Tecson, President of the Firm, is a member of both the Illinois Health Care Attorneys Association and the American Academy of Health Care Attorneys. His practice encompasses corporate law, including legal considerations unique to not-for-profit and tax-exempt entities, corporate financing and bond issues, environmental law, administrative law and law relating to hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, and the health care field. Andy speaks fluent German. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Community Family Service and Mental Health Center, Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois, and Chicago Health Systems, Inc.
